  Commissioned by the Prystay family in Penticton British Columbia. The title "Who's in Charge?" relates to the question is it man or nature? The 60 ton piece of granite sits cantalevered on a 100 ton concrete horizon pool and a bronze stone hawk balances the sculpture above. This was a major engineering feat and only successful because of the continued support of Greyback Construction and their dedicated staff.
